Alpacas of Nantahala was established in January 2007 with the vision of producing quality alpacas for sale and breeding. We decided, after researching the Alpaca Lifestyle, that we wanted to live that lifestyle at our mountain home in Topton, North Carolina. This area is famous for white water rafting on the Nantahala River, thus our name. Our farm motto is "Where fleece flows like the river." As we continue to design and construct our farm in Topton we will be agisting our animals at Crystal Springs Alpacas in Zephyrhills, Florida. Our goal is to move ourselves and our alpacas to our North Carolina property in June 2008.

The newest addition to the Farm...
Elmer the miniature Donkey. His job is to bray when something strange is on the farm. He is only 9 months old, so he is still learning!
This is our new cria from Sephaniah, she entered into this world at 10:20 AM February 25, 2008.
